NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE
CASINO REINVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RELATING TO THE
SENCIT LIBERTY APARTMENTS PROJECT
The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) will hold a public hearing pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:12-173 at the following time and place to discuss the project described below:

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
By letter and application dated October 31, 2018, Winn Development submitted an application for loan funding in the amount of $4.45 million from the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. Pursuant to Resolution 18-117, adopted December 18, 2018, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority granted a preliminary determination of project eligibility for the Sencit Liberty Apartments Project in accordance with the requirements of P.L. 1984, c. 218 (C5:12-173).
Winn Development proposes rehabilitation and preservation of 3 multi-family apartment buildings containing 153 units:
Liberty Apartments, 1519 Baltic Avenue, 67 units
Disston Apartments, 1711 Arctic Avenue, 20 units
Schoolhouse Apartments, 61 N. MLK Blvd., 66 units
