How to Know When to Change Directions & Switch to Plan B

Network and connect with the area’s young professionals and hear from Mark Ganter, co-owner of Little Water Distillery on how to prepare and position yourself professionally to take advantage of opportunities when they are presented. Hear from Mark as he shares his story on the evolution of his business, his challenges, and how he knew when to change direction and switch to plan B.

Located in the heart of prohibition-unfriendly Atlantic City, Little Water Distillery is a craft distillery owned and operated by brothers Mark and Eric Ganter, producing small batch rum and other artisan spirits for thirsty souls in the Garden State and beyond. They also offer educational tours and tastings at the facility along with a variety of special events throughout the year.
