The pelvic health group is here to answer any and all questions about reproductive health and point you in the right direction for solutions.
If you have issues in the bathroom, in the bedroom, related to IBS or constipation, this is a welcoming and supportive group open to frank discussion.
Common pelvic health problems include:
• Intersticial cystitis
• Pelvic floor weakness
• Incontinence
• Vaginismus/ painful intercourse
• Vulvodynia
• Coccyx and pudendal nerve pain
• Prolapse
• Endometriosis
• Constipation Issues
The group is led by experienced pelvic floor therapists, Lynne Smejkal, PT and Mora Pluchino, PT, DPT.
The group meets in the second floor pediatric waiting room.
