Southern-Inspired Pop-Up Dinner

Academy of Culinary Arts student Briana Husak is hosting a five-course Southern-inspired pop-up dinner featuring guest sommelier Drew Love on Friday, Jan. 26, at Careme’s Restaurant located in M Building of the Mays Landing Campus.
Cost is $50 per person and benefits Briana being able to attend the Academy of Culinary Arts trip to Italy where students receive hands-on cooking experiences. Checks can be made payable to Briana Husak and must be received by Jan. 24.
The menu includes seared scallops amuse bouche, jambalaya egg roll, shrimp and grits, fried chicken macaroni and cheese, venison and a maple pecan tart with bourbon ice cream.
