Whole 40 + 40 Days to Personal Revolution

It’s that time again for our community to REVOLUTIONIZE!
Beginning on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018. This six-week course, based off of the book 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste AND The Whole 30 by Melissa Hartwig & Dallas Hartwig will change your life. Our first meeting will be on January 8th.
We will dive into the Baptise Yoga practices and techniques of Asana (the physical practice), Meditation, and Inquiry. Together, we will get curious about what it means to check in with yourself, keep it real and do the work create real lasting transformation.
The intention of the WHOLE 40 portion of this program is to act as a reset to your health, habits, and relationship with food & to work with the whole community to get transformational results! We will eliminate different foods from our diet for 40 days to act as an experiment in order to gain insight into where our diets could be contributing to weight gain, sleep disruption & insomnia, lack of energy & focus, stress, disease, or ailments.
The Whole 30 & 40 Days to Personal Revolution books will be available for purchase in the studio!
