The Culinary Student Association of the Academy of Culinary Arts is hosting a five-course vegetarian pop-up dinner at 6:30 p.m. this Friday, Oct 20, at Careme’s Restaurant located in M Building of the Mays Landing Campus. Cost is 40$ per person with proceeds benefitting the CSA. The menu includes Watermelon Gazpacho, Eggplant Spaetzel, Tofu Ceviche, Sweet & Sour Cauliflower Steak and Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce.
