PARAMUS, NJ 03-20-2020 CORONAVIRUS TESTING AT BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Volunteers test New Jersey residents for Covid-19 at Bergen County Community College in Paramus, N.J. on Friday, after the state opened a new drive-thru testing site. Hundreds of cars lined up at the college before authorities closed down the entrances around midday after it reached “maximum capacity.” NJ Governor Murphy held a press conference at BCC and announced that testing would resume again Saturday morning, but would only have around 350 tests available. The Bergen testing site is being operated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) with help from the National Guard and state police and is expected to have materials for 2,500 tests, to be replenished weekly.
