CASA Information Session
May 1, 2018 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Volunteers are needed to be court advocates for children living in foster care. CASA volunteers are the eyes and ears of the family courts, visiting the children and making recommendations regarding the educational, medical, and overall wellbeing of each child.
Over 1,000 children live in foster care annually in Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Right now only 625 of those children have an advocate to be their independent voice in court and ensure they receive the best care and resources while living within the child welfare system. Free multi-session training provided.
Change a child’s life, become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer
