If you haven’t noticed, we’re on a mission to build THE best chocolate selection here at Passion Vines. Much like wine, it’s an agricultural product that begins with a “sense of place.” Depending on where cocoa beans come from (Tanzania, Philippines, and Ecuador) it can taste drastically different. It makes the journey, from bean to bar, because of passionate growers, farmers and chocolatiers, who deploy the most natural methods to handcraft chocolate at the highest level. Sold yet?
