Opening Reception: Transparent Color in Reflection

Join us Friday, May 5th from 7:00-10:00pm for the Artist Reception of “Transparent Color in Reflection” featuring the works of Yvonne Pecor Mucci and Linda D’urbano!

As a resident of Southern New Jersey, Yvonne has the good fortune of being surrounded by beautiful shore lines, rich farm lands and picturesque towns. Her formal art training was at the American Academy of Art in Chicago where she studied both commercial and fine art. It was at the Academy, learning from Irving Shapiro, that her love for watercolor painting emerged. She loves the challenge of this unpredictable medium.

Linda is a successful local artist and native of southern New Jersey. Her love of art began at an early age as she experimented with a variety of mediums and eventually fell in love with watercolor. Linda still finds watercolor fresh and exciting. She continues to grow as an artist studying at the Fleisher Art Memorial in Philadelphia and with well known artists including Roberta Carter Clark, Howard Watson, James Toogood, Tom Lynch, Frank Eber and Marie Natale.
