Atlantic City School Administrators Opt-Out Payments Questioned

Two top Atlantic City school district administrators have received payments for opting out of the district health insurance benefits plan, even while teachers and other union members have not. Assistant superintendent Barry Caldwell and Business Administrator Celeste Ricketts confirmed Friday that they negotiated and received $6,500 in their new contracts for 2016-17.
