Although the city threatened strict enforcement on gull feeding this summer, Ocean City Police say no summons were issued. Ocean City Police Capt. Steve Ang said that boardwalk officers mostly observed the gulls stealing food, not the intentional feeding. He said the law was very well received by residents and visitors.
