A report from the U.S. Humane Society found pet shops across the state were getting puppies from suppliers who'd been cited for neglect and mistreatment, NJ.com's Susan Livio reports. The ceo of the Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council, Mike Bober, called the report "intentionally sensational."
