Doctor Surrenders License After Opioid Probe–A psychiatrist in Cherry Hill, Dr. Thomas Newmark, agreed to permanently surrender his medical license following an investigation that found he improperly prescribed highly addictive drugs--opioids--to patients without a legitimate medical purpose. Newmark had previously been fired by Rowan University. Courier-Post
