Curtis Bashaw, The Chelsea, Carl Icahn and the EDA

Developers Curtis Bashaw and Craig Wood have ended their business relationship. Bashaw told the New Jersey Economic Development Authority of the relationship change in a request to restructure two defaulted loans.

Icahn Flipped Taj For Atlantic City’s Chelsea Hotel

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn, a perennial on the merry-go-round that is Atlantic City real estate, last week acquired the mortgage to the Chelsea hotel, less than three months after selling the Taj Mahal casino.
