CRDA: Public Hearing for Comment on Draft Amended Tourism District Master Plan

The Board of the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) will hold a public meeting for comment on a draft Amended Tourism District Master Plan. The proposed plan aims to facilitate development within the Tourism District by encouraging complementary land uses and stimulating investment in non-gaming and related projects. The Amended Tourism District Master Plan may be found here . Parking will be free at the convention center.
In addition to the public hearings, the CRDA will accept comments from the public in writing through Monday, April 10, 2017. Comments should be addressed to Mr. Lance Landgraf, Director of Planning by mail at 15 South Pennsylvania Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401 or by e-mail at llandgraf@njcrda.com. The CRDA will carefully review all comments and consider adoption of the Amended Tourism District Master Plan at its public meeting on April 18, 2017.
