The wine drinkers of the world all agree on how much they LOVE the stuff, but the really fun question is WHY? At the second installment of this event back by popular demand, two seasoned wine-lovers – one a PV professional and one a home-grown connoisseur – will engage in discussion with the group to figure out what makes wine-lovers tick.
Danielle will draw from her background in the sciences to explore the ins-and outs of wine production and the many factors that contribute to a bottles construction.
On the other end of the spectrum, Nikki will look at it through the lens of an artist, as we talk about the creative side of the process. As we sip 6 delicious wines together, we’ll find that art and science are both to thank.
