NJ 3 Bridges Run (10 Miler and 5K)

Introducing New Jersey’s 3 Bridges Run (formerly the NJ10 Miler and 5k), arguably the most beautifully scenic 10 miler in New Jersey and the U.S., in which runners are never more than a few feet from the water on the looped course.

If you’re looking for hill running in South Jersey, this is your chance! The course includes three bridges, offering competitors a commanding view of the waterways and buildings of Ocean City, Somers Point and Egg Harbor Township.

This race was created to support the community and help support non-profit organizations. In 2021, PR Racing was purchased by Green Whales, Inc. Proceeds from this event will now help support water safety and swim lessons for South Jersey youth and special needs children through our programs. The organizers will also continue with the tradition of making a donation to the EHT Explorers, as PR Racing did.  It is their hope that as this race grows we will be able to help more organizations in the local community.
