We are proud to once again shine the spotlight on organic chocolate maker Madecasse at our Somers Point bar. Madecasse Chocolate is one of the only businesses that is dedicated to producing fine chocolate at its source in Madagascar.
At this exclusive and delicious event, you will have the opportunity to experience why many experts consider Madagascar cocoa to be the best! You will sample a selection of 6 artisan wines expertly paired with Madecasse chocolates.
The wines selected for each pairing are produced by passionate growers, farmers, and winemakers who employ the most natural methods to handcraft wines of the highest quality. You will explore the intricacies of each wine and each chocolate, delving into their respective flavor profiles and learning how and why to pair.
