Kim v. MacArthur
Andy Kim declared himself the winner in the 3rd Congressional District last night after taking the lead yesterday as vote-by-mail ballots were counted.

There are still more to count, and the result’s not official, but the punditry seem to think there’s no likely way for Tom MacArthur to make up the deficit, which is about 2,600 votes. MacArthur’s not conceded.

I guess it doesn’t matter. Atlantic City’s own Donald Trump declared the midterms almost a complete victory for him and his movement yesterday. He’d also convinced a lot of partisans there’d be actual sultans dining with them in the Sultan’s Buffet at the Taj Mahal back in the 80s too though, so he’s been doing this kind of thing for a long time.

Baby Shark, Do Do, Do Do Do Do
Further South, a 500 lb Great White shark that’s being tracked by scientists was located about 70 miles off the coast of Cape May this week. They’re beautiful animals.

Mainland Soccer
Mainland girls soccer lost in the 95th minute to Toms River South in the playoffs. GloryDays has stellar coverage.
