On Air Show day too… Seth Grossman said the KKK was never “active” in New Jersey, or something, and told a guy at an NAACP event his “history was fake” and he’d been “brainwashed with every Hollywood movie, every media thing, the crap they’re teaching in schools,” etc. for thinking otherwise. “Remember, the KKK was dead after the Civil War.”

A few weeks ago, Seth told me the KKK was a backlash to rising Black wealth in the 1920s, so he can’t even keep his fake history straight.

Nor’Easter Nick displayed his surprisingly extensive railroad knowledge yesterday in pointed questioning of NJ Transit Executive Director Kevin Corbett, in town to do damage control since they’re shutting the AC to Philly line for the next however many months. Corbett says the trains will be back in the New Year, but Nick points out that the executive director has also said that NJTransit is unlikely to complete the work needed by that date.

Egg Harbor City ok’d a redevelopment plan that would put a medical marijuana grow facility at a boat-building, erm, building that’s currently owned by Dr. Trocki. All this is contingent on state licensing though.

I’m old enough to remember when marijuana liberalization was supposed to benefit African-Americans, as in economically, since non-African-Americans have been locking them up for decades for this thing that’s now going to be a big business.
